Peter and I captured Mike & Karen’s proposal on Deer Lake a while back on a foggy, late September morning.  Below is one of my favourite photographs ever!

After their proposal shoot Mike & Karen booked us for their wedding and they decided to have another photo shoot to celebrate their engagement.  It was planned for November and as it happens, the weather had turned quite chilly.

We started our shoot in the beautiful Sutton Place Hotel.  It was all about finding lovely light and quiet corners for Mike and Karen to cuddle. Next we headed off to Gastown and had a great time capturing the city lights at night.

Again we had a lot of fun with Mike and Karen and can’t wait to photograph their wedding at Westwood Plateau this weekend.
