At the end of a busy wedding season, all Peter and I need in a little get-away is a bit of sunshine, good wine and a hot tub! We were three for three at The Summerland Waterfront Resort hotel. This was the first road trip taking our BMW I3 hybrid vehicle and with a little planning and a couple of pit stops for a wee bit of gas, we had no problems getting there. Our little old doggie came with us and although she is not a big fan of travelling, she did very well. We spent a few days checking out the area and especially enjoyed exploring Naramata Bench. During the last days of summer we enjoyed life visiting wineries, taking walks with Charlotte and of course relaxing in the hot tub… glass of wine at the ready. 🙂
