Grant & Danica were married at at UBC Farm at the end of a dry spell in early  August of 2015. The weather was cloudy with the threat of rain, but it was a bit of a blessing as the previous weeks had been blazing hot.

What a special day it was! Peter and I started out with a photo shoot of the guys on a rooftop, and I got some great photos of the girls in a vacant lot. Definitely not your run of the mill wedding portrait shoots, it was so fun to do something a little different!

The ceremony was heart-warming with great music and a charming officiant. The rain that had threatened was realized, but did nothing to dampen the spirits of this easy going group. After photos at Jericho Beach it was back to the farm for the reception.

The weather that featured for the day mellowed, and we had a lovely evening under a stunning sky. Fantastic food was catered, hilarious speeches (particularly the best man’s comparison of Grant’s ‘Jonas Brothers’ hair over the years) and good times were had the whole night through!

Family and friends are very important to Grant and Danica and it was easy to tell that Grant and Danica are just as important to each and everyone that celebrated with them on their special day. All the very best to you both, I know you be having fun in your future!
