Rob & Haley were married on a beautiful August day at Whonnock Lake Centre. It was our first wedding at Whonnock, a rustic and cozy venue in Maple Ridge. The community of Whonnock gets it’s name from a First Nations word for humpback salmon. The area is great place for a wedding no need to travel far to get beautiful wedding photos.

Rob & Haley have fantastic family and friends, the love and support was evident throughout the morning that I spent with Haley, her bridesmaids and both Rob & Haley’s moms. Peter was chilling with Rob and his groomsmen and the dad’s. They were the most relaxed crew and the boys were eager to start the party.

We arrived at Whonnock and after a slight delay (rings… who has the rings!) Rob & Haley promised to be true to one another for life.  We still had time for a few photos before the reception (all in one venue saves the day!)

After dinner and speeches we were able to get a few more photos as the sun set behind the trees on the lovely Whonnock Lake. Haley put her heart and soul into this wedding and there were many special little touches. It was a pleasure to work with her.
